Before using our platform, please read these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy.

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Use (later — "Terms") govern the access to and use of the platform RoMan Fun (later — "Service"). By using the Service, you unconditionally agree to these Terms.

1.2. The Service Administration has the right to make changes to these Terms at any time without prior notice to users. The updated version of the Terms becomes effective from the moment of its publication on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.

1.3. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. The Administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

2. Accounts and Security

2.1. To access certain functions of the Service, you must register on the platform.

2.2. Registration data must be valid, and you must have access to it.

2.3. More details about responsibility for your data security can be found in the Privacy Policy.

2.4. The Service Administration (Legal owner Kozhan Svitlana and authorized account RoMan) may delete or block an account for violation of the Service rules at its own discretion.

3. Profile

3.1. You can leave the standard profile settings or change them to your own only if they do not violate the Service rules.

3.2. User photo (Avatar), profile description (Bio), and other profile settings must not contain NSFW content, obscene words, or phrases.

3.3. Creating profiles for the purpose of impersonating another person (impersonation) or Service administration representatives is prohibited.

3.4. The Administration reserves the right to forcibly change the nickname, avatar, or profile description if they violate these conditions.

4. Content

4.1. Content on the Service (later — Content) has 3 types: Photo, Video, and Text, and all of them are created exclusively via AI on our Service.

4.2. To create Content, you must create your own account on the Service.

4.3. Creating content not through the Service's interface and AI models is prohibited.

4.4. Content may not meet expectations as it is generated via AI.

4.5. Content containing NSFW content, obscene words and phrases, as well as content that is similar to other users' content without their credit, cannot be published on the Service.

4.6. Content cannot be posted for the purpose of creating or resembling Deepfake content with real faces.

4.7. The Administration reserves the right to forcibly change or delete Content that violates these conditions.

4.8. Currently, there are unlimited and limited models for photo and video generation, namely:
Unlimited models: Wan 2.2 (video), FLUX (photo)
Limited models: VEO 3.1 Fast (video), Imagen 4 Fast (photo), Gemini 2.5 Flash (text)
Limited models have a generation limit for each user: 3 videos, 20 photos, 500 requests to RoMan AI helper and text creation per day.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. When creating Content on the Service, you grant the Administration the rights to store and distribute it by clicking the "Publish" button.

5.2. All rights to the program code, design, logo, idea and philosophy, and technical solutions of the Service belong exclusively to the Administration, and others cannot use this for other projects without the Administration's permission.

6. Disclaimer

6.1. The Administration is not responsible for technical failures, data loss, or temporary unavailability of the Service.

6.2. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties of performance.

6.3. The Administration is not responsible for the accuracy, ethics, or safety of content generated by artificial intelligence.

6.4. Since content is generated by third-party models, the Administration is not responsible for the final result, but can only perform moderation measures by deleting or editing content on the Service.

7. Paid Features and Subscriptions

7.1. The service has a paid Deluxe subscription, details about price and features are here.

7.2. The subscription is processed through the Paddle platform. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Use.

7.3. In accordance with Paddle standards, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days of purchase. However, a refund is only possible if the service (tokens/generations) has not been used. Once you have started generating content (video, photo, or text), the service is considered fully rendered, and funds are not refundable.

7.4. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Access to Deluxe features remains until the end of the already paid period.
